Shoulda tested the tools

Police in Alabama nailed an apparent child porn collector. A lot of that has been happening of late.
This pervert previously came to the attention of the law for performing surgery with out a license. He castrated five men.
From the article: They conducted the search last Friday after a tip-off from a prisoner with whom Bodkin had been corresponding, said Chief Deputy Ricky Lowery. He added that authorities also found devices they believed were for castration.
They don't know? They need to test them to be sure! Bob Mr. Bobkin. Sounds like he needs it. Hell, he needed it in 1999.
After that, they can cure him by suplementing his diet with the heavy metals he lacks in 240 grain doses.

Third times the charm

A naval officer has been convicted of defrauding the 9-11 fund. Charges are that he falsified the severity of his injuries to reap over $330,000 in bennies.
I'm not entirely sold. If the guy is indeed a fraud, his sentence should include keel hauling on the Stennis or the Oriskanny. I know too many military folk. Hey! I was one. We are the kind of people who soldier on through pain. Quitters are not accepted at the Naval Academy, West Point, or Colorado Springs. The military teaches us to drive on. If it hurts, grit your teeth and soldier on. The Revolution was not won by pansies. The (un)Civil War was horrific because neither side had quitters. Quitters didn't get on the boats, they stayed in France and looked with longing at the vast Atlantic.
Two juries didn't see the proof, As yet, I don't either. Thats not to say he isn't guilty. Turning in a dues check as proof of hiring some one to take care of house work? Thats bad! I can buy off on that one. If he was hurt on 9-11 as he claimed, and btw, a seperate investigation determined he was , I have a problem with going after him based on that he continued to do what he loved.
My knees are fucked up from years of running PT. I still love to walk even though I will hurt after. I aint gonna give up hunting because of my knees until I cannot walk at all.

If any one finds a brain cell

Michael James of Dallas Texas is missing his. Mike and his wife forced his son, who was in the home for visitation to go with out water for five days. Johnathan James was ten. Several articles report diffrent reasons, most claim it was because of bed wetting, but others say he was accused of stealing guitar parts from his twelve year old step brother.
What ever the reason, it was a horrible way for a child to die. Texas needs to put this coupe on their death row express, but they will need a lot of drugs to execute this lard assed couple. Rot in hell, Michael Ray James and Tina Alberson.

As sick as an obamAA+ Story

From Randy

New news on Virginia quake

UPDATE: The east coast earthquake apparently was caused by the founding fathers rolling over in their graves or what we all believed to be an earthquake was actually the effects of a 14.6 trillion dollar check bouncing in Washington. Either way, not good.

Perry v ObamAA+

OK, I can already hear the left screaming about this photo selection. They will attempt to drag down Perry the same way they attacked Bush, Perry only joined the Air Force to avoid Military Service.

Night shoot

We took an evening and went to the range. Mostly, this was familiarization for a couple of guys, and a chance to field test some new gear. Nothing sited in, and only pop bottles for targets.
We got to our shooting spot about 7:30. Getting targets up, rifles loaded, and everyone organized ate up another half hour. Sunset was at 8:12. The moon is in its last quarter, rising at 12:07 A.M. so things got dark fairly fast. Just what I wanted.
Most people, especially urban dwellers do not realize how much you can see on even the darkest of nights. arm kids know, late night summer games are the norm, hide and seek in a pasture where skunks and coyotes roam as well as the familiar herd of cows.
Some of the guys had their own ARs. A DPMS heavy barrel, a Colt hybrid, and an Essential Arms in 7.62x39.
I had my Tromix, the Rapid Rifle, LMT, all .223s, the Camp 9, LR-243 and a Ruger 10-22, a formidable arsenal. One of the guys brought some Russian 223 stuff, steel case, bad shit. We had more jams and misfires from that then even I expected. One or two out of a hundred would have fit my expectation. Instead we had ten jams in fifty rounds, two misfires, and one failure to feed. Bad bad indeed. The ammo I brought was stuff from an auction. It was a bulk lot I got for a twenty dollar bill, and it was where I was expecting problems five mags, 150 rounds, zero jams, zero FTF, no misfires.
The 7.62 was another one I expected problems with. This was the one I built for my son, and we had some 30 round mags from C-Products LLC, now known as LCJ wholesale. The mags performed flawlessly. Fifty rounds of Winchester white box no problems.
We expended 300 rounds of the big stuff in just under two hours. The guys learned the essentials of how to acquire their sites in pitch darkness, and how to get them on target. they also learned how to look for signs of where they were hitting at night. Since this area was an old quarry, the floor was gravel, and bullets make sparks when they hit. There was a lot of grass though, and spotting those streaks was a task.
Once we were about ready to wrap up, I pulled out the Ruger. This is my regular practice rifle, the one I put a hundred through every month prior to the divorce, I knew the sites were on. I lined up one one of our liter bottles, and snapped off a quick ten. Results? Seven hits, three misses. not bad when you consider the bottle was spinning with each shot.
We got everyone excited about shooting again. Plans are set for Saturday weather permitting.

Texas School bus crash

A Texas school bus crashed on Wannamaker Road in Topeka early this morning. All 39 youngsters were transported to Holton for observation. No reports of serious injuries or fatalities.

Update: Crap, it was a dang load of cows. Still, what were they doing on a Texas School Bus?

Topeka could use a few of these

A groaner

Seems the CIA needed more folks in Afghanistan, so they decided to recruit from the Army units already on the ground. After a bit of research, they narrowed it down to three candidates all from the same unit. they were a Platoon Leader, the First Sergeant, and the Unit Commander.
All three were transported to Germany for interviews, and as part of hte cover, their wives were flown in from the states.
At some point, a CIA specialist approached the 2LT and told him that his wife was compromising the unit. She was being detained in an interogation room, and that out of loyalty to his troops, and to save their lives, he needed to kill her. The Lt looked at the gun offered by the CIA man, looked through teh two way mirror at his wife, then broke into tears, and said he was sorry, but he could not do it. He would resign his comission rather then harm her.
Next up was the Captain. When offered the gun, he took it, went into hte room, and after about twenty minutes came out in tears and said, I lover her too much, She has been a faithful wife to me for ten yers, your intel must be wrong.
Last up was the 1SG. He took the gun and went into the room. After about a half hour, he emerged, covered in blood and said "some stupid SOB loaded this thing with blanks, so I beat the traitorous bitch to death with it instead."

Now I know why Polanski is still in Europe

It was big news when pedophile Roman Polanski was arrested by Swiss authorities on an outstanding warrant for his perverted acts from decades ago.
Convicted of molesting an underage model, Samantha Geimer, but free on bond, Roman fled to France where he has hidden out for decades. He made a trip to Switzerland though and was apprehended there. After a long battle in the courts, the Swiss released the pervert to continue mocking justice.
The Swiss now say they don't want him back. At least that appears to be the message as they move to close loopholes which allowed young girls to work as prostitutes.
And all this time I thought he was just making a trip to the bank.
Rot in hell Roman. Soon.

Lady, you aint a doctor

Keemonta Peterson decided to circumcise her son. She had read about it in the Bible, and studied a little on the subject before attempting it on her three month old. I guess the kid is lucky she didn't amputate it.
Keemonta got probation. She has four kids, otherwise she might be looking at no grandbrats. My question is, where is the father? Or should that be fathers? In a just world, Keemonta would be living in fear of the months long ass whooping she would be enduring about now.
Poor kid,  Fifteen years from now, he will tell his dates what mommy did, how it hurt so bad, show em the scars, and see if they will kiss it and make it all better.

Perry wants to change the Constitution

Why is this news? ObamAA+ wants to destroy it. That is when he isn't totally ignoring it and the courts.
I too would like to see some changes to the constitution, but this post is about Rick and my opinions of what he wants.
His proposed changes;
1. Abolish life time tenure for judges. On the surface, I agree with him, our judiciary has stagnated. We have feral judges and unjust justices who ignore the constitution, make up law rather the interpret it, and generally hang out well past their usefulness. The original system envisioned that a competent congress would impeach judges when they go bad. That happens but rarely. It could be worse, it could be like Kansas where the failed system has never removed a bad judge, and we have too many of them.
2.Congress should have the power to over ride court decisions. Actually, they do, its that unused impeachment thingy. A 2/3 vote is a step down, not a step up. A spine would be an improvement, but Ricks proposal changes the house from a mere majority to a super majority. Congress simply needs to grow a pair, and call crap judges aggravated accessories. As such, the crafters of Roe would be aggravated accessories to mass murder.
3. Scrap the income tax. I could agree with that. The facts are every state that ratified it did so with caveats, federal spending has ballooned, and we now spend 3/4 of the budget on things that are not constitutional.
4. End the direct election of senators. that would mean each state would have to have a competent legislature. California never has. It would also get rid of the life time tenure BS.
5. Require the government to balance the budget every year. families have to, corporations have to, why should the government be allowed to act like money grows on trees? A spending limit amendment is a good idea, with allowance for excess if 2/3 of congress approved. I would add that it would be repealed if 2/3 of the electorate did not also approve. The Constitution begins, "We the People", not "we the states" or even "We the government".
6. A gay marriage ban. I oppose gay marriage. I also find groups like the FLDS to be bad, but I above all believe in freedom of religion. Since Marriage is a religious issue, the states and the feds should STAY OUT OF IT! Marriage should be governed by the respective churches. If muslims want to have thirty wives, let em. If FLDS wants to have them, so be it. If the women want to leave the muslims or the FLDS, then and only then should the government step in to preserve their rights to do so.
7. Abortion should be illegal. I agree completely! Unfortunately, that would drive women to back alley slaughter houses, and many would die as a result. You know what? I support the death penalty for people who kill innocents. If a man shoots a kid on the street, he should be executed. Why would my heart bleed for a mom who just murdered her baby?

New Ice Cream

In honor of the 44th President of the United States , Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream has introduced a new flavor: " Barocky Road "

Barocky Road is a blend of half vanilla, half chocolate, and surrounded by nuts and flakes. The vanilla portion of the mix is not openly advertised and usually denied as an ingredient. The nuts and flakes are all very bitter and hard to swallow.

The cost is $82.84 per scoop....so out of a hundred dollar bill you are at least promised some CHANGE..!

When purchased it will be presented to you in a large beautiful cone, but after you pay for it, the ice cream is taken away and given to the person in line behind you at no charge.

You are left with an empty wallet, holding an empty cone with no hope of getting any ice cream.

Are you stimulated?

Social(ist) Security in Austin TX

A friend went to the Social Security Office In Austin Texas this week to file for Medicare because it is the only way to keep medical insurance when you turn 65. He took a picture of the waiting room. Please tell me if you can find a retired person in the place. It's called "disability" insurance!!!! You no longer have to wonder why SS is broke. These people do not pay into the system, nor are they disabled. Please spread this picture to everyone you know. Our country is going broke on this fraud. Please also go down to your SS office and take a picture and post it on the Internet. It just might wake up the country as to what is going on!!!

A salute to Kevin Cockrum

Kevin was a veteran. he survived three tours to Iraq, several IED explosions, numerous close calls from other dangers, only to be murdered, beaten to death in an alley just yards from the Aggieville KSU party district. The local police are asking for help in identifying the killer or killers. It is presently believed that a group of black men who left the scene in a white Lexus are involved. The motive does not appear to be robbery as his wallet was still in his pocket.
My sympathy to his family and friends. I hope they catch the scum soon. May they live in fear knowing that they will face justice one day.

Good decision Tim

T-Paw, Has decided to drop out of the presidential race. I like the guy, and think he has been a great politician, but right now he is not inspiring voters. The 2012 race is going to be tight financially. There is not a lot of grass roots money out there. Sure, George Soros just made another billion by scamming the markets on the downgrade by his pet minion, but I'm talking about average Joes. The races are not winnable if average folks aren't behind you. Look at The California governor and senate races last year.
I believe Tim will have a place in the next administration, heck he might even be the VP, assuming Bachman does not win the primary.
As I see it now, we are down to three contenders, Bachman, Perry and Palin, IF she steps up and tosses her hat in the ring AND soon.
A lot of folks keep ranting about Ron Paul. Sorry, crazy uncle doesn't do it for me. The guy has very good ideas on domestic policy, but the world is now a dark alley full of thugs. Walking down it is dangerous ground, and we are stuck in the middle of it. With loose cannons like Iran, North Korea, China, and the continuing sagas in Iraq Afghanistan and now Libya, we cannot be isolationist.
Last up, Mit Rino err Romney. The guy is McCain lite in my book. I see him as being just another establishment politician from liberal la la land.

How come we never read of people being mauled by poodles?

A pregnant woman in San Francisco is dead, mauled by the family dog, a pit. Things like this make me want to smack people who go on and on about how nice pit bulls are. Get a clue, they are a dangerous breed. Its in their DNA. They are an aggressive dog by nature, high energy, and very strong. Her husband lost everything? He is still alive, his wife AND child are dead.
I have rented properties for two decades. In that time, I have NEVER met a decent person who owned a pit. They are one breed that marks their owners as low life scum. Every time I rented to some one who got a pit, I ended up with a trashed out apartment, unpaid rent, drugs paraphernalia, or a drug bust on the premises. I only made the mistake of renting to pit owners twice. Hey! I was once young and stupid, at least I ain't like davybaby at Don Surbers place, old and stoopid.

Just another toy

I've had this LMT for quite a while. I revamped it just a tad today with diffrent foregrips, added the rail, and grip light.
The grip light is a surefire. It features a Xenon main light, and two LEDs with a thumb switch. Late at night those LEDs work pretty dang good, but if you are ducking in from a well lit area, they are useless.
Once I was done, it got the standard cat scan. It passed.

She's got to be a liberal

Maybe its just a knee jerk reaction, but most of the time when I see an article about some Hollywood type, I just automatically put liberal by their name.
So tonight I see where Faye Dunaway is being evicted from a rent stabilized apartment in New York, I automatically put liberal by her name. Then, I started to wonder, is she? A quick check of political contributions confirms that she is a donor to the lefties, mostly through a PAC, the Hollywood Women's Political Committee, the group that raised millions for Worthless Willie in a single night.
What right does Faye have to a rent stabilized apartment in New York? It is not her home, she is a resident and registered to vote in Mexifornia err California. To me, it is damn wrong. She should be held liable for all rent that would have been demanded had her unit not been falsely rent stabilized. That she has falsely held the unit since 1994 is all the more notable. Just another worthless liberal sucking off of others.

No Bets on Wisconsin

Wisconsin has been a traditional blue state. Their conservatives are liberal by Kansas standards. They have been a union strong hold for decades, enacting some of the first public union legislation in the nation. Change aint easy. We see how slow things move in the former Soviet Union two decades on. Communism is attractive to people who are not driven to success, its a system where a lazy man or woman can catch a nearly free ride. So the Elections in the badger state are any bodies guess.
We all want to see the unions get handed theiur asses, but union money is flowing like water right now as efforts are under way to undermine the steps that prevented major lay offs and cut backs. Union tools are fools. You can see that every day at Don Surbers place where a union hack named davyboy hijacks the threads with his spoon fed union bull crap and spin.
Heres to hoping Wisconsin voters have seen the light in spite of the noise organizations being in bed with hteir union buddies.

For our Soldiers

Many of you have never served in the military, and among those of us who have, only a small percentage know what it is like to be away from family friends and loved ones, stuck in some GOD forsaken place fighting a war that at times seems remote and distant. My thanks go out tonight to our service men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan, and all the other places that duty calls. You are keeping us safe, confounding our enemies, and risking a precious national resource, your lives, and I thank you. This song was written in the 1960's by another soldier in another war in another land. The words he wrote then are still true today.

I also want to extend my heart felt sympathy to the families who lost loved ones in the helio shoot down. May GOD comfort you in this your hour of need.

Criminal drowns while fleeing crime scene

Seems Gracie Nell Johnson, a career criminal in Charlotte NC was seen shoplifting at a Burlington Coat factory outlet. When store security attempted to apprehend her, she and one of her accomplices fled and jumped into a storm swollen stream. Justice served, Gracie is dead. Police were able to locate her body because she had a tracking bracelet on due to an earlier arrest for theft. No name given for the missing thief, but comments at Yahoo say it was her sixteen year old daughter. Family values, and two less mouths on welfare.
I'd say Darwin Award for the daughter, mommy most likely has other brats to carry on her bad genes.

TEA Party half assed it

Its not enough to say taxed enough already, and no new taxes. I commend them for that. Allowing unsustainable debt to continue to grow though is a serious problem. People are floating the debt to GDP ratio as a number to base debt on, pointing out how many people are solvent and still have debt that exceeds their yearly income.
Here is the problem, GDP is not our governments income. Its national income, and unless you are dumb enough to accept 100%, or higher, taxes, then the correct number is around 20% of GDP. State and local taxes further erode GDP, as do the salaries of the leeches of society, from welfare recipients to lawyers. Any one who does not produce wealth is a leech.
Its OK to be a generous society. When we see folks in need, nearly all of us will dig down in the pocket for some cash to help out. As a nation, its not OK. Yes, there are many nations who are not as well off as we are. Ask your self why. This nation should be among the poorest. We are a late comer on the world stage. Many of our inhabitants were the poorest of poor from other poor nations. Vast distances further erode wealth building as transportation costs are factored in, yet we are the wealthiest. Its because we had a system that rewarded hard work. people got rich by the sweat of their brow, by being smart, and by working together.
I hear it all the time though, "spread the wealth". Why? Did you work hard to make Bill Gates rich? Was it your sweat that made Walmart a retail empire? So maybe you worked for Sam, Were you paid a fair wage? Could you have made more else where? if so, why didn't you? If some millionaire got rich by stealing from others, by swindling them, by manipulating the stock market, or any market to take off the hard work of others with out doing any of it them selves, Then you might have a case, a criminal case.
Most of the rich got that way by honest means. Sure, there are the George Soro's of the world, men who manipulate the markets, men who buy political favors, but they are not the ones people are screaming about. They are screaming about the guys who built companies from the ground up, found a need in the market, met that need, and got rich doing it. Some times I have to wonder, why does Bill gates need any more money? Its none of my business. He EARNED it. I did not. Its his money, not mine. I should be mad at the guy who has my money, the fellow, too lazy to work, but smart enough to fake a medical condition and get tax dollars, my dollars, for it. Know what? I am.
The TEA party needs to get back to DC and get to work on slashing the spending. If it is not a bonifide constitutional function of government, it needs to be eliminated completely. If it appears to be bonifide, it needs to be cut back.
If you are not sure where to begin, here is a suggestion; The government own more then 2/3 of Utah and Nevada, put every square inch of it on the auction block. Limit sales, no international distribution except to individuals, and limit them to tracts of 160 acres or less with a requirement they must occupy the land for no less then three years beginning within two years of the sale. All US citizens can buy as much as they can afford. Heck, Bill Gates could own a state by the end of it.

Granny must not have gotten her check

F-16s intercepted a civilian kit plane in the no fly zone set up for the commie party in Chicago. The pilot was a 75 year old grandmother. Can't blame em for scrambling the jets. A pissed off senior is the last thing Barry needs. Bet she knows how to dish out an ass whoopin' to the biggest ass in America.
Be afraid Barry, TEA party Patriots are every where.

Dear Animals

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE PETS, THIS IS A TRUE STORY. FOR THOSE THAT DON'T, IT IS STILL A TRUE STORY.

The following was found posted very low on a refrigerator door.

Dear Dogs and Cats: The dishes with the paw prints are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Placing a paw print in the middle of my plate of food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.

The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack. Racing me to the bottom is not the object. Tripping me doesn't help because I fall faster than you can run.

I cannot buy anything bigger than a king sized bed. I am very sorry about this. Do not think I will continue sleeping on the couch to ensure your comfort, however. Dogs and cats can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep. It is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other, stretched out to the fullest extent possible. I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out on the other end to maximize space is nothing but sarcasm.

For the last time, there is no secret exit from the bathroom! If, by some miracle, I beat you there and manage to get the door shut, it is not necessary to claw, whine, meow, and try to turn the knob or get your paw under the edge in an attempt to open the door. I must exit through the same door I entered. Also, I have been using the bathroom for years - canine/feline attendance is not required.

The proper order for kissing is: Kiss me first, and then go smell the other dog or cat's butt. I cannot stress this enough.

Finally, in fairness, dear pets, I have posted the following message on the front door:

TO ALL NON-PET OWNERS WHO VISIT AND LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR PETS:

(1) They live here. You don't.

(2) If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. That's why they call it 'fur'-niture.

(3) I like my pets a lot better than I like most people.

(4) To you, they are animals. To me, they are adopted sons/daughters who are short, hairy, walk on all fours and don't speak clearly.

Remember, dogs and cats are better than kids because they:

(1) eat less,

(2) don't ask for money all the time,

(3) are easier to train,

(4) normally come when called,

(5) never ask to drive the car,

(6) don't smoke or drink,

(7) don't want to wear your clothes,

(8) don't have to buy the latest fashions,

(9) don't need a gazillion dollars for college and

(10) if they get pregnant! , you can sell their children...

We got nuthin

What we didn't get was a kiss, but that most likely is because they aint done screwing us. SSDD in Washington. They are all braying about how this will cut spending down the road. yup, and me swerving now is gonna help me miss the pot hole in the road that is two miles away. Sure, I missed this one, but there are a thousand more on this sorry trail of woe. We need to force congress to balance the budget AND reduce taxes. That means spending goes down dramatically. Its not hard, all the congress critters need to do is man up and quit the vote buying. Start with foreign aid. It is pointless to pay Egypt to not attack Israel. Quit handing them money, most of it went into Mubaracks pocket any way. Just make sure Israel has access to plenty of missile's, bombs and tank ammo. We can quit paying all the nations, and the Untied Nutcases as well. Why do we borrow money from China and give it to Vietnam? That is plain stoopid.
Next up, lets cut corporate welfare. GE paid no taxes, and GM got a bail out. That kind of BS needs to end.
We need to eliminate NEA, and about 99% of the alphabet soup that has been created in the last century. last, we need to end the welfare and its related bastards, SSI, disability, etc.
