Campaign Finance Deformed

What else can we call it? They had the audacity to call McInsane Findgold Campaign reform.
In a long expected decision the conservative side of the supreme court, joined by Justice Kennedy tossed out campaign laws that limited corporate participation in political campaigns. This also clears the way for unions to freely throw money.
I'd like to see some limitations on how money is thrown arround by groups who are trustees instead of owners of the cash. To me the simple way is to require every corporation and union to vote on which party or candidates are funded. Let the rank and file and the individual stock holders decide who and when. That sort of thing needs to be done from the ground up though. Stock holders and union members vote on it and impose it on the bosses. Having congress regulate campaign finance is like letting lawyers regulate the courts.
Both are very bad ideas. And yes, I mean judicial reforms are needed especially here in Kansas. Presently a panel, half chosen by the gov,and half by the liars err lawyers make recomendations. Then the governor choses which of the recommended scum to elevate to the stench.
