The Kansas legislature passed a law this year allowing Kansans to own SBRs and silencers as long as the weapon is made in Kansas with out ATF approval. While I don't want to be the test case for obamunisms attack on freedom, I am pleased to announce that We now have a manufacturer in Manhattan Kansas, Black Sheep 6 Tactical.
I plan to contact them tomorrow and see about my next lower build.
