A suggestion

Congress is to meet and debate the merits of an attack on Syria based on a report that some one used chemical weapons. Scuttlebutt is that the rebels were trying to arm a device and were clueless and instead detonated it. For this we go to war?
I said I'd favor bombing his weapons stock pile to keep it out of rebel and AQ hands. Looks like we are a touch too late, so here is my suggestion to congress.
Issue a declaration of war. Against the AQ and mooslime botherhood affiliates in Syria, not basher Asad.
