Taxes too high?

We are upset about where our taxes are, and I agree they are too high. Our clueless leader wants to peonize us, and turn us into Euroweenies. Illinois lawmakers passed a 67% increase in state taxes and never batted an eye. Obama wants to increase federal taxes. The 2010 election was swept by the TEA movement, folks who are fed up with the BS.
We need to ammend our constitution and limit taxes. Set an absolute max tax rate. Not just ofr the feds, but for every level, and confine them to it.
Part of that ammendment needs to include language requiring all governments to cut spending any time the misery index exceeds 6%.
