Actually, its our money. The United States has been giving economic aid bribes to play nice with Israel to Egypt for decades, with no visible signs of improvement for the nations poverty stricken masses. It now appears that Mubarak pocketed most of it.
So much for smart deplomacy. We have been bleeding this nation dry for years and handing that money to despots arround the world.
Diplomacy by assassination needs to make a come back. We also need to have 100% accountability of any money we hand over regardless of to whom.
Bernie Maddoff was an amature. He could take a few lessons from Hosni.

The US should at a minimum confiscate all his property that is in the United States.
