Big shoes...Filled

Back in 1964, The Duke was a popular figure. The hard nosed, no nonsense style coupled with a striking stature made Marion Mitchell Morrison,s stage name a household one. 53 years later, a man who bears that name is living up to it. John Wayne Troxell is the current serving CSM of the United States Army, and he has a message for ISIS as tough as the image of the man whose name he bears, Surrender, or die.
“However, if they choose not to surrender, then we will kill them with extreme prejudice, whether that be through security force assistance, by dropping bombs on them, shooting them in the face, or beating them to death with our entrenching tools. Regardless, they cannot win, so they need to choose what it’s going to be.”
Col. Mike Kirby would be proud. So would LTC Vandervoort, military leaders played by John Wayne.
In closing may I say, Thank you CSM Troxell for your service. I wish our kids idolized men like you rather than the thugs in the NFL.
