The United States has some shit holes, Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Washington and New Orleans come easily to mind, but none of them compare with Mexico's Tijuana. With 1732 murders last year, they easily put America's murder incorporated to shame. The pace is continuing into 2018. At least 132 homicides took place in the first 23 days.
