Of course we won't hear Thanks Obama

Chuck the schmuck Schumer is whining that Barry is not getting any credit for the economic recovery we have experienced since President Trump started shaking things up. The only thing Barry did was waste trillions which now need to be paid back to some body.
In a manner of speaking though, President Trump does owe a lot to Barry. First, Barry was a total incompetent, so the damage he did which was intentional was not complete enough to prevent recovery. Barry funneled billions to his cronies. Whether we are talking The Oracle of Omaha, or George Soros, they all got kick backs thanks to his divisiveness. Obamacare was on the brink of ruining the health care system. Another term, HiLlARy's, and the damage might have been irreversible. Jobs? China and other communist hell holes got a boon because American businesses fled the nation. They are now coming back.
Second, Barry made it bad enough that any moderate recovery would look like the end of the great depression minus a major war. We have a long way to go though and a lot of obstructionist liberal communists to overcome to get back the lost ground. The goal is not to recover to the economy we had when George W Bush was President, the goal is the one we had when Worthless Willie was stopped from mucking thing up. We need a new contract with America, and we need to get rid of the liberal commies and the slightly less liberal rinos infesting Washington.
And as for Chuckie, he can go pound sand.
