The NFL has a problem?

No shit Sherlock! Turns out they may have more than a few. The league is 70% black. Minority head coaches though number only eight, three of whom have had poor records this season and likely will get fired. That has the Fritz Pollard Alliance upset.
Yup, all hail diversity. It does not matter to some people, namely leftists and blacks that the coaches  are judged on their win loss records. Sure, half the teams are gonna be below average, 90% of the players sure are, but it is the real failures who routinely get the ax. Most of them pop up on another roster coaching another pack of half civilized miscreants, it is a regular game of shells.
The Fritz Pollard Alliance sees only color not quality. Eight of thirty two is a full quarter and blacks make up only 12% of the national population, so double the representation isn't good enough for them. Top that off with the serious over representation of blacks among players  and this is what we get?
That over representation of blacks in sports, coupled with their over representation among the criminals in this country has created the Black lives matter. A movement that has deified common street thugs like Travon Martin and Mike Brown, scum who were shot dead because the were actively assaulting people who happened to be armed and did not want to die that day.
Yes, there are many blacks killed by the police who should not have been shot. There are many whites who have also been killed by out of control cops. That is a case of bad police not racism, and has been fostered by the anti terrorism mentality that was created after 9-11-01.
The collaboration of the athletes and the thug enablers has caused many people to switch off the sports programs. NFL? Not here. NBA? Not in my house. NCAA? Guess where the "Pros" learned their bad behavior, along with most of the antifa thugs so they too are on the banned list at Red Neck Central.
SO what have we got? Poor player performance plus poor coaching means poor ratings. I suppose the Fritz Pollard Alliance will next demand that all Americans watch six hours of sports weekly. Over. My. Dead. Body. When I saw "NFL could have a problem on their hands" I was so hoping......
