Vegitarian diet

During our trip to Arizona, my brother began extolling the merits of a vegitarian diet.
I replied, asking if that meant I should eliminate pork entirely to which he replied, "yes, and beef and chicken too.
I said, " hang on just a minute, cows and chickens are vegitarians, pigs are omnivores.

Hint, menu for brother,
First meal, a Big Mac.
Meal two, A sausage and french toast breakfast.
Meal three, Eggs and bacon.
Meal four, Pizza, sausage or peperonni.
